About Shipfinch
Shipfinch is a delivery management platform purpose-built for multi-branch distribution teams — lumber yards, roofing suppliers, concrete distributors, and similar operations that run complex daily delivery routes across multiple branches.
Managing deliveries with whiteboards, spreadsheets, and group texts creates costly mistakes: missed orders, unassigned drivers, and no visibility across locations. Shipfinch replaces that chaos with a clean, visual weekly board that gives your whole team a single source of truth — from the dispatcher in the office to the driver on the road.
With Shipfinch, dispatchers can schedule orders across Monday through Saturday, assign drivers with a single click, flag urgent "hot shot" deliveries, and coordinate transfers between branch locations. Managers get a real-time overview of every order at every location. Team members can communicate directly inside the app through built-in group chat and direct messaging, eliminating the need for separate communication tools.
Shipfinch supports up to four branch locations under a single account, with branch-level user permissions so each team sees only what they need. Weekly order data can be exported to Excel for billing, reporting, or record-keeping — no manual data entry required.
Shipfinch is built and maintained by a small team focused on solving real operational problems for the distribution industry. We work closely with our customers to keep the platform fast, focused, and genuinely useful for the people who run deliveries every day.
A note on map accuracy for rural deliveries
Shipfinch estimates delivery coordinates from verified street data and opens Google Maps directions to that point. In well-developed areas with closely surveyed addressing, the pin lands right at the structure. On long rural county roads and other sparsely developed regions, the estimate may fall at a nearby point along the road rather than the exact driveway — so drivers should always confirm the final destination with the customer or job-site details before completing the run.
